Clarify Case Management

Case Management is the internet-based interface to MICROS-Fidelio’s global support system ‘Clarify’. It enables you to conveniently make a request for support (create a case), track the progress of an existing case, add feedback as it is being researched and reference previous cases.
To access Case Management (fcSelfService), please click the following link: usc.micros.com

If you require a login / password for the fcSelfService system, please follow the link above and click on ‘Register’. Please note that Case Management access can only be granted to authorised hotel personnel.
